AI Platform
One interface. A different dashboard for every industry.
Type a question the way you would ask a colleague. The platform pulls from your historian, ERP, practice management or membership system and answers with a chart, a number or a list. Every team gets its own dashboard. Every answer can become a reminder or an alert.
See it as your sector would

Why a fund needs one source of truth
Not a reporting preference. Four things that only get fixed once every company you own answers out of the same numbers.
-
The board pack is a reconciliation
Four companies, four definitions of the same measure, and a week of somebody's month spent making them agree before anyone can read them.
-
A bolt-on takes a year to appear
The acquisition reports on its own basis until somebody rebuilds it on yours, and the synergy case in the paper waits for that.
-
Nobody can answer between meetings
The question that occurs on a Tuesday waits for the pack, and by the time the pack arrives it has become a different question.
-
A buyer discounts what he cannot verify
Numbers out of a workbook are taken on trust at exit. Trust is priced, and it is never priced in your favour.
Ask it the way you would ask a colleague
No query language, no ticket to the data team, and no waiting for the one analyst who knows where things are to come back from leave. A question in plain English, answered out of your own systems, with the records it came from attached to it.
Ask Which sites are behind plan this quarter, and why?
Two sites. Both lost the same week to changeover.
Reminder set: review the changeover plan with both site leads, Monday 09:00
Neurotic Example view
Why was line 3 down yesterday?

The same conversation on a phone, for the people who are never at a desk. A plant manager on the floor and an operating partner in a taxi are asking the same platform the same way.
Retrieval, not recall
Every answer arrives with the record it came from.
The platform does not answer out of what a model happens to remember. It answers out of an index built on your own systems, and it shows its working, so a number on a screen can be followed back to the row it came from.
-
Ask
A question in the words you would use with a colleague, from a phone or a desk. No query language and no ticket to the data team.
-
Retrieve
The index is searched for the records that bear on the question: rows, readings, documents, tickets, contracts.
-
Ground
Only what came back is put in front of the model. Nothing outside it is in scope for the answer.
-
Cite
The answer names the systems it came out of, so it can be checked rather than believed.
What it will not do
- Answer from the open web. The index is your systems, and nothing else is in it.
- Fill a gap with a plausible number. Nothing retrieved, no answer given.
- Put a figure on screen without saying which system it came out of.
Grounded on
It can only answer out of what it can reach.
Which is why the sector landscape matters more than the model does. A platform that cannot read your historian, your practice system or your third-party warehouse has nothing to say about the company you bought. These are the systems named on the industry pages: the ones our engineers already run, which is why we can reach them.

One platform, every department
The same index, asked different questions. Nobody has to be taught somebody else's tool, and nobody has to be given a report they will not open.
-
Finance
Where did margin go this month, and in which entity?
-
Operations
Which site is losing time, and what is it losing it to?
-
Commercial
Which lines have headroom, and in which channel?
-
People
Who is leaving, from which teams, and how long are we taking to replace them?
-
IT and security
What is failing quietly, and who has access nobody has reviewed?
-
The board
Show me all four companies on the same measures.
Dashboards that watch themselves
A report tells you what happened, on the day you remember to open it. This tells you when something has changed.
-
Anomaly detection on the numbers that matter
A reading drifting away from where it has historically sat, raised while it is still cheap to act on.
-
Built while you are asking
A view you do not have is drawn in the conversation, not requested from somebody and queued.
-
Every answer carries its source
So a number in a board pack can be followed back to the row it came out of.
-
It says when it does not know
Nothing retrieved, no answer given. A confident wrong number is worse than no number.
Reading against its own history
Outside its usual range for three readings. Raised to the owner of the system it came from.
A BI tool
- Answers the question the report was built for.
- Somebody has to model the data first, and maintain it afterwards.
- A new view is a request, and the request joins a queue.
- It waits to be opened.
Neurotic AI Platform
- Answers questions nobody built a report for.
- Reads the systems directly, and names which ones it read.
- A new view is drawn while you are in the conversation.
- It watches between times and says when something moves.
We install and integrate Power BI, and it is on the landscape of every sector we work in. This is not a replacement for it. It is the layer above it, for the questions a report was never built to answer.
How it goes live
The platform goes live on foundations that hold, or it does not go live.

Where to start
A two week audit. One document. No obligation.
Fixed scope, fixed price. It reads your systems and tells you what is wrong, what each fix costs, and what to do first. You keep the report either way.
What it turns up
- Licences paid for and not used
- Firewall rules nobody has reviewed since install
- Administrator accounts with no owner
- Reports built on a source that stopped updating
- An integration failing quietly, nobody alerted
What it reads live
- Licences, systems and what they cost waiting
- Network, remote access and segmentation waiting
- Cloud tenant, identity and admin rights waiting
- Core systems and how they connect waiting
- Reporting, data quality and access waiting
One document: what is wrong, what it costs to fix, and what to fix first.
